
| Steward Board: |
To be qualified for this office, one must be of solid piety, know and love the Word of God, the African Methodist Episcopal Church doctrine, and The Doctrine and Discipline of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. He/She must be fruitful and of good natural or acquired ability to transact the spiritual and temporal business of the church. Each person shall have been a member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church for at least two (2) years, except in case of he establishment of a new congregation.
| Trustees: |
Each person to be elected a trustee shall be eighteen (18) years of age or over and shall be instruction in the duties and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees of the local church. The training shall be completed within sixth (60) days after the election, or prior to the appropriate Quarterly Conference whichever comes first. All trustees must attend at least three training session, A Certificate of Confirmation shall be given to successful student, to be presented at the appropriate Quarterly Conference signed by the instructor appointed by the pastor. The nominee shall have been a member of local church at least six (6) months and a member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church for not less than two (2) years, except in case of missions or new work. No person who is not a member in good and regular standing our Church shall be eligible to be elected a trustee.
| Stewardesses: |
The main functions of the stewardesses are to assist the stewards in the discharge of their duties relative to the ritual of baptism and the Lord's Supper.
| Lay Organization: |
The Lay Organization is usually composed of three (3) or more persons formed for the purposes of; instilling in its membership a love and appreciation for the history, tradition and principle of African Methodism; advocating respect and loyalty to constituted authority; encouraging the support of the total program of the local church: fostering systematic and regular study which will provide greater knowledge and participation in the church; organizing and training lay member concerning the goals and objectives of the Connectional Lay Organization.
| Women's Missionary Society/Young People's Division: |
The W.M.S is usually composed of three (3) or more persons formed for the purposes of: instilling in its membership cooperation with the local church in its responsibilities; providing financial support to the Conference Branch; supporting the Conference Branch financially; fostering missionary activates of the local church, area, and conference.
| Y.P.D.: |
The Y.P.D. is usually composed of three (3) or ore persons formed for the purposed of implementing a missionary program on the local church level. This includes Bible study, The Doctrine and Discipline of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, and W.M.S./Y.P.D. constitutions; service projects in community; workshops in Christian social relations and family life, dealing with such topics as drug and alcohol abuse, personal development, teenage sexuality, communication, moral, etc.
| Church School: |
The mission of the Church School in the African Methodist Episcopal Church shall be to teach, train nurture, prepare, and recruit adults and children in God's word for Christian service, emphasizing those Christian principles, which are essential for effective Christian growth and participation. This teaching and training shall be designed to prepare them for and assist them with effective living and Christian leadership in a changing society.

Junior Usher Board: open to youth 8 to 18 years of age.
